A Little About Me

I'm a former nurse and medical educator turned wellbeing coach for midlife women. After over 30 years in clinical practice and medical education, I witnessed the toll that burnout, stress, and constantly putting others first can take.

Now I guide midlife women back to themselves through breathwork, gentle movement, and nervous system support - helping them feel calm, clear, and like themselves again.

I believe in simple, accessible practices that actually work - not complicated routines that add more pressure to your life.

I created 12 Days of Calm because I know what December can feel like. And I wanted to offer something that truly supports you - body, mind, and spirit - through this beautiful but often overwhelming season.

When do I get access?

Doors open sequentially starting December 1st. Each day's content remains available so you can go at your own pace or revisit practices.

What if I miss a day?

No problem! All content stays accessible. You can catch up whenever you're ready.

I'm a complete beginner - will I be able to do this?

Absolutely! All practices are designed for any experience level. I guide you through everything clearly and gently.

How long are the practices?

They vary intentionally - from quick techniques you can use in under a minute, to longer sequences of around 10 minutes. This gives you flexibility based on your schedule and what you need. Some practices can be repeated for as long as feels good to you.

Can I do this if I have physical limitations?

Yes! Qigong is very adaptable. I offer modifications and you're always encouraged to move within your comfort zone.

What if I bought last year's calendar?

This year's version is significantly different! New practices, breathwork, guided meditation, and a focus on nervous system states. I think you'll love the variety.
